We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to work with our Fortune 1000 clients to deliver engaging and effective training sessions. This position is responsible for working with clients to customize (tailor through our process) and implement high impact sales training from our established curriculum.

Success Sciences’ clients are diverse in size, products/ services, and sophistication. Experience with a variety of sales environments (business-to-business, retail, distribution channel, etc.) is ideal. This position will facilitate the total learning experience including participation in the upfront customization process through deployment. Dynamic facilitation of classroom training sessions (and webinars) are the primary responsibility. E learning experience and Instructional design skills are a plus however they are not a requirement. Clients loving you and your delivery skills (as evidenced by evaluations) are a requirement.

The immediate need is for a contract position, hired on a project basis however there is a strong possibility for a salaried position for the right candidate.
