Wanted Sales Trainers (Initially a Contract Position)

We are looking for experienced Sales Trainers to work with our Fortune 1000 clients to deliver engaging, high impact sales training sessions. This role is responsible for working with clients to customize (tailor through our process) and facilitate memorable, behavior change sales training from our established curriculum. Success Sciences’ clients are diverse in their sophistication and industries. Experience with a variety of sales environments (business-to-business long sales cycle face to face, MFG to distributor, Inside B to B, call center B to C, etc.) is ideal.

  • This role facilitates the total learning experience including participation in the upfront customization process through deployment.

  • Dynamic facilitation of interactive classroom training sessions and webinars are the primary responsibility.

  • E learning experience and instructional design skills are a plus, however they are not a requirement.

  • Having been certified by a major soft skills training firm is a plus and not a requirement.

  • Clients loving you, your delivery skills and the overall experience with us (as evidenced by evaluations) are requirements.

  • Some assignments will include the certification of the clients’ trainers on our courseware.

  • Sessions are typically a half day to 2 days in duration and would be primarily in the continental U.S.

The immediate need is for a contract position, hired on a project basis however there is a strong possibility for a salaried position for the right candidate. Demand for our services are piling up for Q 1 and 2. We are looking for people who have the skill and the commitment to WOW the people they train. Note that since 1986 we have been developing and delivering proven content, a processes for rapid customization and certification of soft skill trainers. We are not considering people who want to focus on their material or become “speakers”.
