Vice
President of Sales and Marketing
Success Sciences is seeking
Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join the senior management team and
to assume primary responsibility for building a sales team of distinction.
Responsibilities include selecting, training and retaining an outstanding
team of professionals who will drive business development primarily for our
Communication Coach® Simulation Learning System and related products and
services. Contacting and initiating sales calls directed toward senior
managers responsible for sales, service, collections, training, and IT help
desk. Defining and executing marketing strategies designed to dominate
specific markets. Identifying customer issues and responding with solutions
designed to strengthen the company’s service and product brand and expand
the business model. Maintaining client contacts and close sales ranging
from pilot projects to enterprise-wide deployments. This position requires
significant travel and coordination with the company’s instructional design,
program management, software development and legal departments.
Experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate
training and/or consulting as an account executive or manager with
exceptional personal sales production.

Successful background in hiring, developing
and fostering an effective sales team.

Proven track record of executing sales
strategies that have resulted in significant revenue and profitability
gains in the industry.

Possess an analytical approach to focus on
customer needs and identify market opportunities

Effective and highly motivated team player
who contributes to the entrepreneurial atmosphere to produce outstanding
results

Computer literate with knowledge in computer
based training, e-learning and simulation technologies is a plus

Experience in virtual office setting if
operating outside of the Tampa office.

Compelling successes and failure experiences
relating to entrepreneurial endeavors or complex, long-term sales

Excellent
presentation, collaboration and writing skills
Reports: The Vice President of Sales will
report directly to the President.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, human resources
or related areas.
Compensation:
Base salary, commissions, bonuses, and benefits will all be
negotiated based on experience. |
